Brainspotting Intensive Coaching Sessions
Brainspotting is an evidenced based somatic technique that uses the intelligence of your own brain and body to heal patterns of stress and trauma that cause emotional dysregulation. As a Certified Brainspotting Practitioner, Registered Yoga Teacher, and Embodiment Coach, Sarah will guide you through 3 90 minute sessions to:
Clarify your patterns of fight, flight, freeze, and fawn that are keeping you stuck in unhealthy cycles of dysregulation
Identify your goals for healing patterns of dysregulation as well as goals for more expansive, joyful living
Locate your brainspots, or places in your visual field where you experience heightened activation, resource/safety, and expansion
Hold space for you to process mindfully on specific brainspots of your choosing so that you can safely desensitize patterns of activation/dsregulation in your mind/body and amplify your soul’s desired states of being
Debrief and process BSP (brainspotting) experiences
Share other evidenced based cognitive and somatic tools to coach you in managing stress, improving your emotional intelligence, and embodying your most authentic, joyful self using her Embodied Paradise Method so that you can step into a more empowered version of you (as a parent, partner, and professional) in less than 3 90 minute sessions.
