Why I don’t Believe in New Year’s Resolutions
Resolutions are generally specific, measurable, and generally cause us to judge our behaviors as "good" or "bad." Intentions on the other hand are more fluid, compassionate, and embodied. In other words, we think about resolutions from our mind, whereas we feel intentions in our heart, gut, mind, body, and soul.
