Embodiment Coaching Package

This Intensive Embodiment Package will guide you toward embodying your highest, authentic elite self as a parent, partner, and professional through Sarah’s Embodied Paradise Method so that you can optimize your performance, health, and balance in either 30 days (4 total 1:1 60 minute sessions) or 90 days (12 total 1:1 60 minute sessions) to support your wellness through:
