THE ABOUNDING WOMAN

INTRODUCTION

Through this revolutionary hybrid group program you will be immersed in my Embodied Paradise Method while moving through the bite sized, interactive trainings in your own timing and at your own pace, so that you can create your own personal paradise and transform from reactive to regulated in just 5 minutes a day for a minimum of 30 days. These 3 pillars below will facilitate your self-regulation and mastery of the following:

  1. BODY: Learn how to create your own personal paradise through mastering your emotions, stress, and mental health. In this first pillar, you will learn how to hold space for your emotions and how to work with your body’s stress response cycle to support your mental health. You will also learn how to soothe your nervous system through neuro hacks that reduce stress, anxiety, insomnia, depression, and chronic pain, while building sustainable mental health, happiness, and radical self love. (Tier 1 of the program includes lifetime access to the Body Pillar only.)

  2. MIND: Learn how to consciously reframe your cognitive distortions (thinking errors) through evidence based strategies that combine cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) with dialectical behavioral therapy and (DBT) skills to free you from the cycle of anxious overthinking.
